A Few Thoughts From Oscar Wilde

I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best.

The basis for optimism is sheer terror.

The play was a great success but the audience was a disaster.

Whenever people agree with me I always feel I must be wrong.

Work is the curse of the drinking class.

We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars.
